I tend to go to sleep for a while , then wake up , and be unable to get back to sleep for quite a while ~ Generally , I'm able to get back to sleep some .
This last night , that happened ~ My back REALLY hurt ~ Or , more specifically , my lower side?? That bed does it , I think , and ther mostly-closed window had that what-I-call " mercury/lead " effect seeming to start to have an efect , so I opened it wider .
My back/side REALLY was hurting .
Once upon a time , I was a cute-looking Beatle/John Denver/Lovin' Spoonful-haircutted Aspie kid .
Now I'm not .
People were telling me I should get a haircut - as I said , IIRC , my head hair is not long at all , even if I bend my neck , I don't think it even then touches my neck at all .
If I had enough extra money to go to a Prime Cuts for a nice haircut , enough that I could subtract the money for a hiar/beard fix from that , I would do so . If I had the money .
However , such needs as my need to get a new casual jacket to substitute for the one I wear all the time , which is falling apart , would be ahead of that , if that extra cash came along .
To-day , I was in my room til' about 1:30 PM , I discovered it was that time as I left . That meant I had missed the noon feed ~ I , perhaps unwisely , bought $7.54 of Burger King , then came to this workshop .
I got thrown out of tht Apple store the other day , so I guess I woun't go back there any more .
Or buy any Apple . f**k Apple !
I wasn't doing anything bad there .
I wrote recently about my attempt to buy a clock radio .
I did not hear about the shooting in Orlando til' Monday morning , when I got to this lab here and sat down on a computer , as I'd had no computer access over the later part of the weekend . I have no radio , TV , or recorded music-player , or any Internet device . I can read ~ but as I said , the light is weak-...ish enough that I tend to need a little cheap flashlight to feel comfortable with it .
As far as getting stuff for the room , for one thing ,finding stuff ~ and getting it there ~ is a real problem .
Even minus my crippled-ness I have what I think of as an Aspie tendency to limit myself to a very small basic " village " of SF that I am familiar with (and can ride the bus./trolley too ~ Without even applying for it , I've rather received a " gimp discount " on the bus/trolley , not getting asked for a fare .) .
I think I am ballooning up that water weight again , I was about 300 pounds yesterday , 25 over my " normal "-ish weight - and I've rather eaten less recently if anything .
I'm not real wild about the prospect of going to the hospital again ~ And , unable to get around or make contact , or access the Internet , my life comes to a dead stop once again !
I almost slipped and fell down in my room to-day , from water on the floor while washing , I grabbed onto the chest of drawers , but it is near-empty , and started to tip over ~ It didn't however , and I did not fall down .
Not this time ~ But I have thought about the possibility of falling down .

Washing my clothes , as well as the balloned-up stomach , have my stomach coming out of the bottom of my shirt , a Dennis The Menace effect .
Briefly , the whole sleeping lat-ish after being up during the night , then being under the (as I'll call it) " lead-mercury " in my room , then getting started late happened again , and when I saw it was too late to get to that noon feed without having to climb up and double back , again I got slow and didn't get going out til' 1:30 or so , this time $4.61 worth of Burger King...........

...No , but it would start to bleach a little bit ~ very little bit ~ during summer .
I was always brunette .
I would like to try being red-headed ~ or even red-bearded (that maybe more than red-headed) , for a while ! !! !! !! !! !!
