I weigh 300 lb. , as I said . :( I am only 5'9"-ish .
I have always been fat , but this is , I am sure , a ballooning up due to that water weight retention I have spoken about here . My stomach feels all blown up with air ! :( And I am massively tired , from dragging this thing around  .
This is another subject , but perhaps I have a doppelganger somewhere ~ I get asked if I am someone else sometimes .
Even at my place , someone said hello to me in a friendly manner ~ then said , " I remember from the drum circles at Hippie Hill " (or like that) I basically never go to Golden Gate Park at all , I'm afraid (My difficulty in getting around ~ and getting started ~ and that the Tenderloin/-ish area, let alone HH there ~ That's one standard SF treat I've stayed away from ~ So he was thinking of someone else .
At the Goodwill store the other day , walking in , an employee there started to push me out , saying I'd done something wrong ~ Not me ! !! !! !! !!
I've never gotten in trouble there , and this employee was seemingly accusing me of something in the recent...-ish past (I've only gone back to that Goodwill since being back in SF these last months , and maybe not till fairly recently .)
Me insisting , the Goodwill employee backed off - But I proceeded , though I bought stuff as I came there to do , as if I was never going to go there anymore .
However , in my position , I suppose I cannot boycott Goodwill (Find another town to go to , where Sally Army or even Oxfam have the 2nd-hand store franchise ?) - so I just have to take the s**t  , in effect to put the least optimistic spin upon it .
You know , I spent , recently , ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN DOLLARS (in mostly " discovered under a leaf " money I found in my Target account) to try and " home up " my room ~ And the lamp , again , TOTALLY crapped out  and the AT&T Go-Phone , after working a while getting YouTube , has stopped doing that  , not connecting to it and only making a " metallic gears " annoying noise through the buds .
Can I get the AT&T store to fix it ?
I rather doubt it :( .
I am so tired walking around , no wonder , with the 300 pound wight , my sleep interfered with my the excessive-glare sunliht - Perhaps I should try to go to the hospital - AGAIN - but , eve if I was admitted , it means being shut up in one room , with (with me having , once again , no Internet device working) no 'Net access , and my life going on " dead freez " again ~ Plus , I do have to go to the Main Library " appeal " tomorrow , to see if I can get the ban dropped .
Even if it is , my affection for the ML is rather gone now - Goodwill , too . :(
So is there another town I can go to , and get medical care and rest and get better :( ???

It really seems like San Francisco is probably best for you at this point.

You would never have gotten your own room in Seattle or in Santa Cruz.

Your city is not the problem. Its your weight.

Loose a double (or triple) digit number of pounds and you will feel a lot better physically and emotionally. And folks will stop mistaking you for this obese doppleganger of yours! Kill two birds with one stone.

Thats interesting though about the doppleganger. I saw a young lady I had just seen before (or thought that I had just seen) in a folk group performing on stage at a folk festival, and after their performance I spoke to her. Said "I saw your band when you all were playing at that Medieval Times Fair two counties over". I could have sworn that I saw her dressed up a like pirate on stage at the previous event.

She said "that wasnt me. Thats that girl people keep telling me about, who looks just like me. She plays in some kind of pirate themed band. Not me. Never even met her."

I guess there arent enough faces to go around! :)

Try decreasing your intake of salt (binds water) and sugar. Try it for a week at least and see the results. As mentioned earlier, you WILL feel alot better when you weigh less since sugar has the same effect of giving pleasure to the brain (minus the hallucinations and stuff). Look for sugar free replacements of whatever you eat. I couldn't stop eating candy, but i found replacements that tasted sufficiently good (though they are 50% more expensive). Only thing i'm missing is fried chicken...

As for a doppelganger, i have one too. Back when i lived in another city, there were people pointing and talking, people i've never had met, but one day someone asked me "Are you...<someone>?" and i said no. Another time i was on the buss and some girls whispered "Did you see? He looks just like <someone>". Even at the dentist, i was once asked "How is your restaurant going?" and i was like WTF? Never saw the guy before i moved.

It would be good to do something positive. Maybe join something like Overeaters Anon? Then you might get a little moral support.

...I'm not at a level where I feel I fit in something as " genteel/normal " as OE ~ And , if you didn't hear me say this before , my really excessive weight gain is because of my retained water weight , from my kidney's problems I guess .
