I have to tread through life with extreme caution at the present moment.

I have not slept in the last 40 hours, and I feel myself overflowing with nervous energy.

I cannot see a doctor until tomorrow, and even then, I cannot take any more time off work this month than what I already did in the last few weeks.

So I have no choice but to ride this out the best I can and pray that I do not f**k up too badly in the meanwhile.

What does that feel like, to go that long without sleep? What happens if you exercise? Are there other ways that you tire yourself out?

I am taking meds for this, actually.

I finally crashed and passed out after being awake for 50 hours straight. Now I feel like I am back to my normal self. I still am going to contact my doctor when his office opens in a few hours from now, though.

Please look after yourself. <3 Sleep deprivation can lead to an early death. I know what it's like to go very long periods without sleep. I'm glad you got some rest, though.
