I don't know what's wrong with me. I've been in a black sleep for a few days. Maybe it's the concussion, the one I got a month ago. Or maybe it's Father's Day. Don't worry, I'm seeing the doctor tomorrow. My father gave me my first concussion when I was six. I keep running into FD reminders and each one is awful. Maybe today is also his birthday - I never get that right. I'm not sleeping, I'm more like passed out. I'm so tired of going on.

How are you doing now since the concussion? I can understand your Father's Day depression, I get Mother's Day depression. I usually try to escape somewhere that weekend camping, so I am away from media and people who are celebrating.

Very kind of you to ask! I got back from the hospital yesterday. I was really suffering from a weird kind of flu, which fed on everything negative. I ran feverish and had delusions. Normally the hospital will have nothing to do with a virus, since they can't help but it is contagious. But in my case the concussion was complicating factor and they sent an ambulance. They said there would be a 5 hour delay! They kept phoning to see how I was and I was worse every time.

I would like to warn everybody about the insanity that goes with it! You're not nuts, you don't hate everybody, you don't want to move away, and nobody stole your meds. It's part of that sickness (so is extreme dizziness and nausea). So don't tear up your lease but do remain in touch with the medics.

Thanks for asking. :)

Hello, friend, it's good to hear from you. I spent Canada Day in hospital, which was a big relief from otherwise. Hope you are having good times for the 4th of July.
