I finally learning how to calm down in life. I decided to sweep my living room floor, it took me 2 hours & 45 minutes, I did my hallway too, I took breaks & I ate lunch. In between cleaning, my foot was hurting, I get so much pain on the top of my foot. The first time I took a break, I thought my foot was ok, I needed to get up & go to the bathroom & then make something to eat, I got up I was in toooo much pain, I was screaming a little bit. Sweeping also make me light headed & my head hurt a little bit, my legs can shake too. After awhile my foot was ok, I had my glasses on & swept, my glasses made my eyes better. I didn't finish sweeping, I have 2 big piles of dust bunnies, bottle caps & skin from my psoriasis. I HATE sweeping, I can't do it! I'm a SLOW poke at cleaning. It's more hard to sweep in the summer, cleaning, my psoriasis & my body heat don't go together, I get hot cleaning & then I started to itch. I have an air conditioner & a fan, but it don't work too great. I'm a little depressed now, I feel like I'm failing at being an adult. Why can I do anything right? I want to join my mom in heaven. I think I'm going to take a nap, naps usually make me feel better, but not all the time.

Mom used to say
Stop the world I want to get off.

I say every once an a while
WELL guess I have to do adult things - sometimes it ain't fun.

Naps I agree aren't just for kids.
Me and one of the cats had a good one earlier.

I know how you feel. Life sucks the older you get. However, I didn't have such a good childhood either (I'll explain more of this in another post). On the flip side, are you taking any medications to treat your psoriasis and foot pain? I sometimes get aches and pains myself, but it's mainly because I sleep on an old mattress. Luckily, I have some icy hot to make it all better.
