Got some new video games and old ones and my Kindle for reading but I don't feel like doing anything! For MONTHS NOW! I've been dealing with numbness and feeling drained and tired no matter the vitamin I take or eat. Constant nausea! etc. Still need to get into a neurologist since this may be an issue but that's going to take awhile been dealing with this nearly all year it seems. :-(

New games I should be OMG! loving them and playing them but I just don't feel it emotionally the "want to." physically I'm constantly drained! My anxiety doesn't help and neither does Dr. Google! twice this year "Oh it's your back problems see you in 3 months!" WTF! Finally got a new doctor in July referring me to a neurologist but that is going to take a couple weeks to get in to see him! Problems months more to find out the cause of my issues. :-(

Guess I'm depressed somewhat??? I do have a lot emotionally still waiting for SSI to go back through 12-19 months from Feb. UGH! Who knows with this numbness I may be in a wheelchair by then is what I fear somewhat. :-(

Sort of wanted to vent sorry. :-)

Depression sucks but something that helps is forcing yourself to do said activity.

You used to like gaming? You'll like gaming now and thats what I do to help my depression, sometimes I don't feel like doing it but just try and sit down and play. I find then when I do, it might really suck for the first bit but I do finally get into it. Challenge yourself, explore and go for 100% completion in a game and the sense of accomplishment that comes with beating some really hard stuff is amazing and is an excellent anti depressant. Go play Dark Souls basically and tell me how you feel.

Force yourself to do it and it will become awesome after a few hours I promise.

Also play some dark s**t like Silent Hill. The darker the tone the more I can release negative emotions, I find an outlet for them and I express my emotions through darker art. I can relate to the tone and atmosphere and it gives me a way to release anxiety without actually feeling a real sense of danger.
