The smartphone is NG . + , falling down ?

The AT&T cheepo smartphone (Apparently , it was technically a " message phone " or similar , being too cheap in AT&T's eyes but I thought " smartphone " meant " phone that could access the Internet and it can do that.) is NG ~ No Good , I guess a my-father's-era slang phrase ?
Basically , I couldn't get it knocked back into shape so it could get YouTube again , and they said " there had been damage " and they wouldn't fix it , they wanted me to buy a new one !
I DON'T HAVE such money . I spent this " found under a leaf " $115 for the phone ($75ish) and that lantern/glorified flashlight ($40ish) that were , at least , together supposed to make my room more of a " home " ~ the lantern being something that could operate minus an electric plug , of which there are nearly none in that room ~ I TRIED . And NOTHING .
Someone suggested I go to Ikea ~ There are no Ikeas in San Francisco and I HAVE pointed out my (partial ?) crippled-ness ~ How would I get to an Ikea >
And pay for what I got , of course ,
And get back to downtown SF with the furniture ~ I suppose enough money could get past some or all of this ~ Or even more - Such as " How would I assemble the Ikea furniture with no skills/tools/space ? " ~ Rent a motel room ?
But , though I could use X-Tra $ to help set things up/improve them , I do not have that .
Actually , I've ~ Actually , with my (only) 7&1/2 toes (after 2-ish years back's amputations ) , I tend to stand unsteady when I try to dress myself in my room with no sitting-on chair , that's happened in the bathroom , too , with nowhere to " truly " sit , I stand somewhat nonsteadily when I put pants on/etc. ~and a couple night back I FELL DOWN in my room on my back and slightly cut my left hand a little ! Worse could have hapened .

...I should say that the Internet connection ` with no sound or video ~ of the tiny phone has a week-plus to go , I guess plus the phone/clock part .

....OK , the AT&T , after breaking without explanation for a while , has started up again ~ doing on-sound , no-video Web connections to stories .
I can't sign into my main Yahoo! account (perhaps that's Y! , not the phone) and , likewise , I could never sign in here on that phone .
I have a week-and-a-half?? left on the minutes I bought ($45) when I bought the phone ($29.95) .
When it was going " well " , I sort of told myself that " it's just for phone & a clock & YT in my room " , or maybe like that ~ But it wouldn't even stay with that .
It stopped going to YT after a few days as I have said .
(I am trying to spell out everything here .)
Everybody else in the modern world gets " the full spectrum " ~ not I however .
Even if I settle for less I get even less than that .
Likewise the lantern/light I spent $35/-ish on , pus batteries , stopped working after only a couple of d ays .
It was to allow me to comfortably (I hoped) read , as the light in the room is weak-ish enough that I tend to have to strain my eyes to read - I can but it's a strain . (I use these 2/$10 Walgreens' LED flashlights in addition actually ~ It helps some , not much , and I have to keep one hand filled /the LED to read .)
I thought I was being practical ~ getting an (Eveready) larger light/lantern .
Instead it turned out to be junk . IT STPOOED WORKING , <<<<<<<<<WITH>>>>>>>>> ENTIRELY FRESH BATTERIES IN IT , AFTER TWO DAYS OR SO . I'm not allowed to have a " regular " life , ~ EVEN BEING ABLE TO READ COMFORTABLY , AFTER SPENDING $40ish TO DO SO ! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !
I don't have radio , TV , a DVD , OR EVEN A COMFORTABLE LIGHT IN THAT ROOM !
After what I've ~ disasterously ~ spent on the AT&T and the Eveready I can hardly , with the amount of money I have now , spend it again , on another phone or lantern .

...The smartphone will run out in less than a week , IIRC .
It was nice to be a more " normal person "/have stuff to do for a while .

My month-of-minutes plan , talk/text/info (web) runs out soon .
I guess I will toss out the phone then ~ What else can I do with it ?
Remember , it gets no-sound Internet , but no sound/video , even just YT ...
I was going to speak of the state of my clothes , but perhaps I've " no time "(Guess Who).........

...The AT&T is getting You Tube again , I guess it healed itself .
So , should I then spend $25 on another month of the minutes plan ? (Likely with some downtime bof the phone not working entirely?? as I started the plan very late last month when the money I got the phone with appeared ~ Can I spend now or wait until after the 3d , much of a week anyway , with it not working then ?)
But , it's still not really " fully " working . For instance , it can never sign into my main Yahoo! account (which may be Yahoo!'s fuzz-up , not the phone's) . Would OOM , with her maybe" You shouldn't want to use phones frivolously " , be happy that that is the case ?????
