I have little to bare skills/education/work/volunteer experience, and I'm looking to start a life immediately. How can I do this in the fastest time possible? I can't even do a good job interview because of lack of experience, and I don't know how it works.

Find a VR counselor in your area that can help you find a job you might be good at. Go back to school or just take the easy way out like I did and go flip some burgers. You don't need skills to apply for a job in fast-food.

Start your own business. Sell stuff on Ebay or Amazon. If you're a really good in sales, you could make a living selling Avon, mary kay, etc. That could even go on your resume.

Everyone has something they're good at. Think about it. Make a list.

Look in the phone book under Employment Agencies, and Temporary Employment Agencies. Since you have no job skills yet, you might not be able to get a permanent job right away, but the Employment Agencies should be able to get you some temporary job assignments. Once you have done some of these, you will have some work skill, and a work record you can use to try for a permanent job.

I had a few permanent jobs over the years, but most of my work was temp work. I found I needed those breaks between assignments to recharge, and to help my mother with stuff. Once my health gave out, I had to go on govt. assistance, though.

When you sign up with the agencies, you should sign up with all of the regular ones in your area. You are allowed to be registered with more than one at a time. This will give you a chance at more assignments. Because you lack job skills, skip the specialty agencies, that specialize in things like accounting, acting, the tech fields, etc. What you need is one that handles general employment. Some of the general employment jobs are low end ones that require little or no skill to do. Granted they pay less, but getting paid some is better than getting paid none.

I have low end job skills, and worked in factories, warehouses, a little retail, and mostly office work. Because of my low skills and my problems dealing with the world, I was glad of what jobs, and what pay I got.

Besides the employment agencies, you should also go to your states, local county employment office and register with them. They can give you assessment tests to see both what you might be good at, and what you might like, in a job. Also many, if not all of them provide access to computers tied into their job network. You can look for jobs on these computers, and use them to write out resumes, which you can fax from there to the prospective employers. You may be able to get help from the staffers in doing up a resume. At this point your first resume will be a simple affair, but making the effort to make one up may help get a job.

Hope this all helps! :D
