With medical coverage, I am capable of holding down a job and working as many hours as I need to.

Without it, I am completely f****d. My medications are very expensive. Not only do I have Asperger syndrome, I am also schizo affective.

Jobs with good medical benefits are hard to come by these days, and I am afraid of working too many hours and being too productive, for that will mean I will lose my SSDI and, more importantly, the Medicare that comes with it. It feels like the system is hell bent on keeping me dependent upon it.

Not sure how to move forward from here.
