I'm right back to the high school cafeteria crusing the tables looking for people to sit with. Not cool enough for those people. Ugh, don't want to sit with the burnouts. No, not the jocks! I'm not rich enough to sit with the smart preppies. I keep circling in a holding pattern and just end up sitting alone.

There's an App for that.
It's called "Sit with us".

I'm a middle-aged adult. But that experience still haunts me. I live in a boring suburb full of vapid NTs that never progressed socially beyond high school. I'm in a common law marriage with someone who I'm having frequent fights with because she's overwhelmed with helping me cope with my AS and depression. I just desperately need some place to go and people to hang out with so that I can get away from this unhappy home.
