Can someone really be your legal guardian if you 46? My mom has a Trust for me & my sister, she in charge of my money, she wrote me an email saying things I don't understand, she use words I don't know. She want to ask someone to be my legal guardian & make legal decisions for me. She is legally responsible for me. I'm crying. I want to die. I can't handle this. I wish someone can deal her.

You should start looking up the legal aspects. If things are difficult for you to understand you should try Google. It can help tell you what things mean even if it takes a while. You can probably find some websites too that can tell you whether or not she can do this and what your rights are. I don't know much about it, but I would look things up, go to a library if you have to, and if things get really weird don't be afraid to talk to someone who knows the legal sides of this. Wish you the best, I am sorry things are not going well.

if you trust me, I am willing to at least try to help you understand some things about the situation. PM me if you want to bounce it off of me.
