A few minutes ago, my mom jumped on me because I went into the kitchen to pour a second glass of almond milk and we were down to the last bottle but drinking helps me from overeating or comfort eating and I wanted to drink something milky. I also assumed it was not a big deal because reasons. I understand that aspect but my older sister eventually input that "we cannot have anything nice because of (me) because he'll eat it. You don't leave anything for anybody else" to which I responded "that's not always true". and she said "Yeah, only when there's stuff you don't like because then you won't even touch it"
^ That plus my mom's confrontational verbalization of her being (whatever negative emotion applies) at me for a half of a bottle of milk in two days made me rather frustrated and confrontational (I also drink almond milk after random meals during the day). So yeah, I said some things I should not have said and yeah, I am kind of angry because I don't like being hyper aware of things I do I feel it's okay to not be hyper aware. Yet, she gets all upset because I wasn't watching what I was doing and I was trying to go by the moment (my short term memory hasn't been a strength lately). (I think I kind of lost track of any other things I wanted to put in here so I'll see how this goes.. )O

Maybe you should buy your own almond milk.
They can't really complain if you drink it then.

If you don't buy your own food, then you should start. They probably like to use that milk to make cereal and don't like that you honker it all down like it's water. You need to to be considerate of others.

Try doing something different.

ie every time you feel hungry or thirsty, drink two glasses of water first and foremost. Then if you're hungry and need food, eat - but chances are you won't overeat so much.. and if you're craving something different to drink, drink, but you won't likely drink so much.

If that's what it takes, do something like that. I don't drink milk/juice etc so never have any issues with drinking all of the ____ unless maybe it's the last cup of coffee. :P

Try living alone. That way you're not accountable to anyone for drinking the last of the almond milk. There's a great deal of freedom that comes from living alone.

I still have to finish up my last year of high school (was held back a few years ago) and then I am most likely living on my own. Thank you for the advice in general though. I will definitely keep these things in mind.
