I started working out at the YMCA a couple of days ago. My entire body feels like painful spaghetti, and I feel like taking a long nap in my office when I should be working.
Oh, and I started working on another draft of my Fourth Step about a week ago, and that is weighing heavy on my mind.
Add in the sugar withdrawal since I stopped drinking soda a few days ago.
I feel like roadkill.
I want to drink Coca Cola, eat Doritos, smoke Mary Jane and play video games for a few days in a row.
Adulting sucks sometimes.
Yeah, this is a b***h post. No, I am not going to give up my attempts at self-improvement anytime soon. But I am going to spend a few minutes whining about it here, because it seems appropriate to do so. Heh.
