I can't take it anymore. I feel like I suck at life and no matter how much self-help I read or listen to, I can't get myself to execute any progress. In high school, I was doing great, but I fell behind my other friends. It has got to the point where I'm nearly crying in my speech and having anxious/rapid thoughts. I know I'll be miserable unless I could shoot through getting all my life together within a month, but it's impossible. What do I do to avoid a personal crisis? I don't feel there is a point in existing anymore. Unless I can miraculously get through this within weeks/a month, I'll continue to feel worse.

I wish everyone can help me.

What's with the time limit?
Some things may take time to come to fruition, to sort out and get going. Having a general time goal can be good motivation, but having such a short deadline like I must fix everything in my life before next month might be adding undue stress, plus may be unrealistic for the bigger things. Can't you give yourself a bit more leeway?
Hope you're doing ok.

Because I have suffered the last 5 years being developmentally stagnant. I feel like I've been treated unfairly and time is running out sort of thing.
