How is it fair for a buyer to pay return ship for faulty pro

Ugh . Says they been more then fair but I don't think it's fair I pay return shipping that cost as much or more then the item that's defective. I didn't make then sell a defective product why should I pay for their mistake.

Damned unfair. Like that woman from eBay, getting eBay on her side before I even had a chance to say my side. It cost me so much money. I'm going to close my ebay account because I'm still fuming at eBay. They had NO RIGHT.

I've not used it, but Paypal says they will pick up shipping if you have to return an item and use their service.

Even so, it was the higher staff at eBay that just took that womans side without even discussing it with me. I believe PayPal owns eBay or vice versa.
