We all make mistakes with what we say. What I don't like is when I say something that suddenly offends somebody. It makes me feel guilty and depressed for the rest of the day! Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to edit posts when the damage has already been done. All I can really do is apologize and regret what I would say, no matter how offensive or confusing it gets. I just try to be honest and at times, helpful. Now I don't know what forum to go or what to say anymore! Has any of you ever felt like this?

Yes, quite a lot.
By the way, if your homophobic Christian post in the Send A Random Member To A Random Place thread is one of them, then don't worry; you didn't offend me. 8) Don't be depressed for the rest of the day.

I constantly regret making posts and wish I could take them back. Usually not because I said something offensive though; more along the lines of saying something that I think is stupid (i.e., this post).

Well, that too. I also hate it when I confuse people.

I'm sorry if you felt attacked, I know how it feels, sometimes I say the wrong thing without the meaning of offending and then I just can't take that back

I think I also said something that made Sopho upset and I feel like I messed up

You are nice, I hope you are enjoying your staying in this place

Because of the "Is this list too extensive?" thread

Na…it’s all written in time and it’s all who I am; no point in hiding or retracting anything if I’m trying to find who I am.

Oh right no you didn't piss me off or anything, I just started that to see what everyone else thought. I actually agreed with what you said, I just find it difficult to get rid of any of the things on my list...

I'd like to delete two threads that I've started. Tease a random WP Member and Call a random WP Member a name.

Now I KNOW I want to delete a couple of forums. One of them is the severity of AS on a scale from 1 to 10. Cade bashed the thread, but the person DID have a point. I messed up when I created it and I feel bad about it. If I could erase it, I would.

I don't tend to do this, actually. I don't often really regret things I've posted on here. Not only that but often it would make me feel more pathetic and weak to delete the comment in question.
