There's nothing harder than your reality being that you've been gaslit by your ex and his family, and only getting to see your son 2 hours every 2 weeks with no end in sight as a result. Handing your son back to the very people who abused you and who as a result you know are capable of abusing him is the hardest part. It was emotional as hell today.

Big dragon hugs  I'm so sorry you have to go through this.

How's it going getting to a more satisfactory arrangement? Can you find people to help you with custody?
I can actually do virtual hugs. :)
Hopefully everything will change and work out for you soon.

You're a very bright person with lots of knowledge.

I hope a big Wolfman Hug will help a little.

Thank you all. I think the rest of today is a write-off though, it's impossible to not be emotional. I told a friend I would go swimming with her in just over an hour, I'm not sure if I'll be able to go out without feeling raw and easily triggered though.

Swimming has been known to calm me down greatly. And I'm not even that great of a swimmer.

I am sorry to hear that you are going through this, and I hope it all works out for you.

I am not sure how keen you'll be accepting a hug from an alien hunter , but sending a virtual hug your way nonetheless.

*hug*

I had a really intense swim and pilates workout this morning, it's exactly what I needed! :D

By the way, I'm creating a Facebook group about taking an empowered approach to ASD and treating it naturally. If anyone wants to join PM me. I'm keeping it a secret group, and I don't want most people in my life knowing I have ASD.
