Hitting myself in the head and visualizing overdosing

I feel so horrible mentally that I've hit myself in the head a few times and I keep visualizing that I am overdosing on my medicine. I wish I was never born if I knew I was going to live a pained existence.

I'm sorry you are in such pain. I wish there was something I could do to make you feel better. I'm in a pretty cr#p head space myself. It's so horrible it hurts, but it will pass because it always has in the past. Hang in there
