Sometimes I don’t want to live on my own. I don’t know nothing about water heaters, I’m not sure if something is broken in my apartment, I wish I had help. I don’t want to feel stupid, but I do. And I cannot understand what I need to know in life. I feel like a little girl again that knows nothing about living on your own.

Sounds like you need a platonic relationship with someone with handyman skills. Someone you can trust not to try to take advantage. I help two of my single female neighbors (near my age) with fixing their houses when they have problems. I have to fix a garden faucet tomorrow. I don't get much in return except the pleasure of helping others. (Sometimes maybe a sandwich or soda)
I don't like living alone either. My problem is more about cleaning, cooking and eating alone. I miss being married.

I wish you live near me, we can help each other out. But I have a BIG problem with cleaning (I get ALOT of feet pain) I cannot cook. I have a cat, she eat dinner when I eat.

I used to pay for maid and laundry services. Now that I am too disabled to work, I cant afford that. If I don't feed my cats at 6:00, the toothless one starts chewing on me. Speaking of that, I should make some ramen...

Do you have family or friends living nearby who could be able and willing to help? That's how I survived when I moved out from my parents' place. These days I don't need that much help anymore, but when I do it's handy that my parents live only a half an hour drive away from me.

Would it be possible for you to move back in with your parents/whoever you lived with before? If your situation's really bad then you could do that and focus on learning the basic skills in a safe enviroment before moving out again.

If you're an apartment, the landlord or owner of the apartment takes care of stuff like broken water heaters, appliances, etc.

As much as you are able, be friendly with your neighbours. Wave, say hello, admire their cat/dog/ferret :D I don't have anything in common with any of mine but we all take in parcels and keep an eye out for each others. It's reassuring. It is a bit scary living on your own at first, how long has it been?

Yep. Fluffy hit the nail on the head.

Establish superficial relations with your neighbors. You don't have to say much more than "hello." Take in their parcels, and have them take in yours. Perhaps even have a neighbor keep an extra key to your door, and you keep the neighbor's key.

No pressure. People feel secure in their neighborhood this way.
