My anxiety is getting worse, permanent and panick attacks occur now nearly everyday, sometimes several times a day.
My doctor prescribed me Xanax, it works but it makes me sleepy... which does not match a high pace work environment. I start working again on Tuesday, I need to find an adapted solution quickly.
