Like an atomic bomb, it explodes into one feeling, but then chains out into something else… and it just keeps going, until it feels like my whole body cavity is bursting at the seams with emotions that i don’t understand and i feel like i could explode.

It’s so distracting. And the confliction between each emotion just leaves me numb, sat on the edge watching these ‘sparks’ play out against each other like they have a whole mind of their own.

It makes my head feel heavy.

I’m at the ultimate peek of distraction today and I wish I wasn’t. All i want to do is surround myself with things that make me feel good. Gaming and my bf.

It makes me feel angry at myself for not having the energy to push myself to do better. And i’m angry that I see other people just do what they need to do and it looks so simple and easy to just get a job done. And so frustrated at myself for not being able to do that. And i try to explain to people that this is an issue. But no one really listens!!

This life really sucks sometimes :(

And i’m sick of words! They’re never helpful in explaining things to people. I wish i had a usb connector so people could connect to me and sync with me so they can understand.

I don’t think most people could handle even a brief glimpse of the intensity of our inner world!

Maybe we're connected or something. I came here for the exact same reason. Literally, the exact same thing. I feel a ton of emotion for no reason. I think it's like an adult meltdown only long term.

I remember having intense knots of confusing emotions, similar to what you describe. Somewhere along the way, my attention has drifted on to other things. Middle age has been alright in that respect, less complicated.
