Sorry about my original post and the accusation of evil.
Well my neighbours are loud. One of them yells at his dog. Sometimes he hangs around on the balcony smoking weed, he leaves garbage bags outside his front door for over a week ofte and he has an ex girlfriend who visits sometimes and they've had loud arguments lasting over an hour sometimes. Even while their little kid is there. Doors being slammed, them repeating the same taunts at each other. Another has barbecues in the back yard and he often sounds very excitable and temperamental when he's on the phone or has friends over.
In the neighbouring block of apartments that I walk past to get out into the town it seems drug dealers are visiting or operating in one of the apartments because shady young men in small groups keep coming to visit one man who lives there and the person who chooses tenants in the apartments even wrote out to us all saying they know drugs are being used here.
I don't know how to deal with it. I was brought up on a middle class street and my parents dealt with everything for me, more or less, anyway because they knew I was socially awkward.
