Im cancling my stupid plan

I thought I could do this but its too hard. Im cancling my phone plan. If people want to ge a hold of me their going to have to email me. Social assistance wont automatically pay the bill so that means I have to put money aside. Im not good at that. This is causing me stress so Im cancling the plan. At least in the building where I live there is a phone where you can make out going calls. But if anyone calls me it might not get answerd. Thats the crappy part. Like I said people are going to have to email me if they want to get hold of me.

Can't you have the plan paid automatically from your bank account?

I live between some large hills and as a result there is no cell phone reception where I live. But sometimes it is convenient to have a phone when I am up and about. For example when I am in a large store or mall, it is convenient to use the phone to locate the rest of my family. As a result, I have a go phone. Generally this works out to around $8 per month because my usage is minimal.

Wow thats really low. I read somwhere you can make calls using a google app if you have wifi you can make the calls for free. Ill have to look furthur into that.

From what I've read, the FCC requires carriers to make 911 calls even if you don't have a service with them. So, you phone may still be used in emergencies without a service plan.
