Update: officer :-)

I'm Polish, i have Asperger, i'm very interested in law and law-enforcement.

His suspicions aroused by the fact that this motorcyclist, a little randomly, changed lanes. When he stopped him to control and the motorcyclist pulled on his helmet, he recognized that it was his neighbor, a 14-year-old teenage boy, we can only get a car license from 18 years of age, but teenagers from the age of 14 can make a driving license for a scooter.
Update 2: This kid met this kid, he was his neighbor, a teenage boy with glasses, my friend the cop checked the driver's license, had a driving license for a scooter and driving license codes from a doctor, for being authorized to drive a motor vehicle in the form of a scooter, but only in spectacles or corrective glasses. My friend's cop said he knew the kid had a typical nerdy appearance, a good heart, and a bit over-protective mom, and that he suspected that the kid might have Asperger's Syndrome...
Update 3: that their officers were teaching about Asperger's Syndrome and other similar ailments in initial training for Polish Police officers , in case the perpetrator or victim had such an ailment.

The breathalyzer indicated him 0.18 per mille of alcohol in the exhaled air, the permissible limit in Poland is 0.20. If someone exceeds this limit, it is treated as driving under the influence, which may result in the revocation of a driving license in our country.
Update 4: and even a criminal case, in addition, the sale of alcohol in Poland is a crime, but not its consumption. My friend cop, he was very laughed at this whole situation, because he knew the boy's mother that she was very overprotective over him, and he knew that he would have grounded him for the rest of his life :-)
Update 5: from a formal point of view, the kid did not commit any offense or even misdemeanor, according to Polish law, the boy confessed to him that he drank vodka with his buddy from school , but a few hours earlier, at his friend instigation :-) (With is not a crime!) because only sellers if so commit it
Update 6: hours earlier
He instructed the kid that he would do better if he parked this bike somewhere and would use public transport, that he was lucky that in Poland we do not have a Law like Saudi Arabia or the USA :-)
He joked that he was such hard to believe that such a nerdy geeky boy, and yet such a rascal xD

The cop said that the kid obviously drank alcohol, but he did not have so much in the exhaled air to break any rights, he could tell his mom's feelings about this kid because he knew his mother and himself, but he did not want to make kid field day with his mum

Nah, he only gave him a standard Polish police pep talk about the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol and gave him a brochure about it, he joked that if he was him, he would probably throw this booklet into the trash right away so that his mother would not see it
