I find my worries are different than most here because they are about simple things. But I cant help it I worry a lot. My new worry is the fridge. What if it stops working and I dont know and eat food from it and get food poisoning. I live in a bording house by the way. What if it gets fixed but the old food not thrown out and I get food poisoning. I worry about getting food poisoning a lot.

I guess I would know if the fridge stopped working cause the food would be warm...right? :pale:

Yes, it would get warm and the food will spoil. Some foods would begin to smell. You might see fungus start to grow on the food.

But spoiled food does not always lead to food poisoning. Spoiled food just doesn't taste good anymore. For example, I drank spoiled milk several times. It tasted bad but I didn't die or even get sick.

Food poisoning in general comes from food that is not properly cooked, such as chicken. It is because the food came in contact with contamination that contains harmful bacteria.

I guess everyone has a right to be worried about something. If that was something I was concerned about, I would probably buy a refrigerator thermometer and just check the temperature whenever I took something out of the refrigerator. Fridge/Freezer Thermometer
