I hate how my autism makes me less careful in certain situations. Like today when I was looking at a glass santa, I took it off the shelf not realizing there were two halfs of it because it was a cookie jar. The santas head fell to the floor and smashed. I left without telling anyone. Lol Then I bought a pair of sneakers today, not realisng how slippery they are. They will kill me if I wear them and slip on ice. They might be fine on regular pavement I dont know Im afraid to wear them but want to because they are in good condition. Theres no point to return them because I got them from a thrift store.

Lately Ive heen spilling things and knocking things over. Im trying to keep cool. So far I have no problem going out in public but wish I wasnt such a clutz!

I'm glad you weren't caught breaking that cookie jar!

Just be more careful when you're around glass and porcelain. If they find out you broke something, you will have to pay for it.

Thats the thing, I just dont think about it untill its too late. They shouldnt have had the stupid santa so high up where you couldnt see there were two halves to it. They also could have put a sign on it saying its breakable. Its not fair to make people pay for it if it was an accident.
