Background story: She is someone I dated before for a very short while and then we became friends.
She was a victim of continuous rape by a family when she was a teen, and lately she developed a Dissociative disorder (diagnosed). She attempted suicide 3 times, and one time was barely saved by hospitalization.
Yesterday evening, she got a fight with her partner over her feeling exploited by him (long story), he ghosted her and cut all communciations with her, she asked me If I can text him an apology, I hestitated of getting involved but she begged me so I did, he ignored me and blocked me.

Now she keeps asking me if he replied, and I am telling her not yet and she is being “so he really doesn’t care about me after all”.

I know he blocked me but didn’t tell her yet so, I fear this may trigger something, I am so bad at this.
What now?

If this were me, I would just tell her "I sent him the apology but I have not heard from him yet."

You're not lying, because, well, you haven't technically heard from him.

Be available for her if you can because she may need a shoulder to cry on, because he may get back in contact with her once he has cooled off. But in the short-term future, knowing that she has a history of suicide attempts, I would not tell her that he blocked you. That may be enough of a trigger for her to try something.

She's already seeing one.

That's a good start.

I really don't know what else to say at the moment. Sorry dude.

Maybe you could research what Dissociative disorder she has so you know the best way to help her. :?:
