Can you get kicked out of a group home for being stoned?

Most of them have alcohol and drug policies. If getting stoned is legal in your area, you might be OK, but chances are a group home policy would still be against drug use.

You'll have to check the paperwork you have to sign first. Most have a list of rules you have to agree to before you are even considered. So, if you sign up saying you're drug and/or alcohol free and you get caught...your either put on probation or just OUT of luck.

Definitely, at least in some places. I'm sure it also depends on what kind of group home it is, like if it's one for recovering addicts or something then they're probably used to that happening every now and then and won't kick someone out because of it. Other types of group homes ae most likely stricter, though.

The reason I worry is what if I ask my dispenser for a CBD product and they accidentaly give me psychoactive pot. I dont know maybe group homes wont even let you smoke CBD.

I can't help you there....it depends on group home policy and local law...A lawyer in your state might be able to help you. Same for the group home(s) you are considering.

I would get a vaporizer to use at night & just take walks to avoid bothering people.

Get a prescription and you'll get immunity, your rights to use weed will be protected by the charter of rights and freedoms.
