I noticed them when combing. I wasn't sure at first but with more sunlight it became clear: my natural hair is middle brown with copper gloss and these single hair were transparent.
Rationally, there is nothing strange about it. Many of my friends of my age or younger have more or less visible gray hair.
I just feel strange about it.
It just coincided with enormous social anxiety that I seemingly unmasked recently.

(hugs). they say hair can gray out because of stress pressure. u got a lot of that. i kinda dont pay attention to mine, tbh. i've seen pictures of children with gray hair, so its really not about age. just go easy on urself as much as u can, ok? (hugs)

I got my first gray hair around my early 30s.

Pray that your hair turns white. Mine is almost all gray.

Be thankful you still have hair!

(^Looks like me, except my hair is white.)

I have a lot of gray hairs. Started when I entered my teens. My hair is black so it stands out.

I first noticed grey in my hair when I was 26. It does feel surreal to realize that your body really is aging. :(

There really isn't too much correlation between getting gray hairs and "your body aging."

Honest, there isn't.

Many professional athletes, for example, happen to have gray hair. There are some who played a decade with gray hair before they retired.

Some people just get gray hair at young ages.

And some are actually born with it too.

But I'm almost thirty and I know I'm starting to age. My hands are more stiff than they used to be and I don't have as much energy as I did when I was still in my late teens/early 20's.

I bet it’s more “emotional” than physical.

Long-distance runners actually peak in their 30s/40s.

I was pretty out of shape when I was in my 20s. I ran marathons in my 30s.

I have a great uncle who's 60 and has far less gray hair than I do. His beard is mostly gray though.
