I am feeling so low on energy it is an effort to sit up or walk etc. And I have work tomorrow. Brother and about half his kids are here (4 of them) so I'm confining myself to my bedroom in a bit and am going to spend the day in there. Grr. They are watching TV so I can hear every word of the TV. Yet I don't feel up to trying to walk to somewhere outside to get away from all the goings on... And besides... They will only follow me.
I feel guilty feeling like this. I should be energetic and enjoying myself with the kiddies. Why am I feeling so low?

Maybe drs were right. Maybe it is some sort of mystery allergy which comes on with sress. I was stressed last night as well as other brother had said things to my Mum which were a bit out of order and when my Mum complained to me I got stressed and couldn't get up off the floor. Why is my body doing this?

I feel like looking for some sort of way out but what? Grr. Why is life this difficult.

Lets bear up. I am alive. I am not in pain. I will just try to sleep it off. :) Even if I have to wait four to six hours for brother and kiddies to go back home so I can get sleep. Tomorrow's another day!

It could be a lot of reasons:

Bad diet
Not enough sleep

Mental illness

Anemic
Vitamin b 12

Strangers on the internet do not have the authority to tell you "why" you are always lethargic

Besides I am always tired too

Age 13 til 36 and counting

Your post does not contain enough information to answer the question

I don't think I can fully open up. I also don't really know how to describe it.
Ideally, if a vet can examine me so I don't need to talk, it would be so much easier, as doctors ask me questions which I can't answer. Vets can't ask questions so have to go on what they see. Well. I had a little cola so I have perked up a little and things have quietened down downstairs... Umm. No they have not... Grr. I need earplugs!
