for 1, its past dusk here. for 2, i wouldnt go in the sun by my own will. i wear protective clothing when i have to. and last thing i can handle is getting out at all without a good practical reason. agrarophobia.

Okay, I sat outside. Very sunny. Blind when I came back in.
I respect those who can't, but did anybody accompany me?

I did not, but I have my apartment open to the screen porch, and can see sunlight and hear bird songs. In a while I will go swimming and that will expose me to a little direct sun.

Go outside? Why nothings out there for me. I’ll go out when I have to mow lawn again

going outside twice a day is part of my schedule. because, kid needs to go to kindersgarten (and back), and groceries need to be bought on regular basis. with very limited ability to carry things, i have to go often, so i have to carry less. also, maybe somebody creates a thread about going outside? xD SO that we dont hijack Isa's one...

I overdid it. Whatta fool. I forgot that my limit for first time out in the sun is 15 mins. I was reading and stayed double that. Now I gotta pay for it with ice-pack etc. Don't do as I say, don't do as I do.

What's with the spoons?

^^^spoons are a recent autism-pertinent meme referring metaphorically to discrete packets or units of energy. a person said to be out of spoons is out of energy. when one runs out of spoons, one can borrow spoons from the next day but then be in energy debt. i was in a lot of energy debt that took me a year to recover from.
