I really hate it when a therapist says that they'll call you back in x time, but never do. You call them to remind them but still no call is returned. It's like they're telling me: you're so horrible that I don't want you as a client anymore and I can't stand you to a point where I won't inform you that our client patient link is over.

Now what led to this (I accept the blame):

I had a s**t week, then I realise that I missed the appointment. I freak out and meltdown, then have looping thought about the incident for a couple of days. I pick myself up and schedule a time to call him, but he calls me back before. He doesn't seem upset, I explained what happened and we reschedule. His speciality being neurodevelopmental disorders and learning disability I thought he would understand. So I go to the appointment, he has no material prepared, I get anxious and freeze. He check what happened since last time I saw him, check my homework then send me on my way saying that he'll check on me in a month. I tried to call him some times but his receptionist rudely tells me that he's busy and ask to leave a message, which stays unanswered.

So... WTF? I can't screw up once? It's nice to be reminded of my naivety once in a while
