I'm severely multiply disabled. Everything I do is a massive effort. My full diagnosis is autistic disorder; schizoaffective disorder, bipolar type; attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, combined type; obsessive-compulsive disorder; generalized anxiety disorder; agoraphobia, and learning disorder-not otherwise specified. I try not to let it get to me but sometimes I feel so useless. Like I'm only a fragment of a person.

Have you been able to find some kind of activity you can do that feels worthwhile? Like (say) knitting clothes for people, or growing vegetables, or making crafts, or something like that?

I feel like my purpose in life is to sit in front of my big monitor while doing and watching stuff on the internet. That is pretty much all I am good for. Much anything beyond that ends up tying someone down because I need to be supervised.

I have a feeling you're both destined for valuable things.

You can even sit at home and do scientific research: https://www.zooniverse.org/

Or historical research: https://crowd.loc.gov/campaigns-topics/

I feel that way too. I feel like I annoy people when I want to do stuff, because it means that I need to be supervised. I always want to help though and do stuff. I like to go out but I cannot do that by myself. I like to wander off and I have really bad social skills/abilities. I also get overwhelmed easily and my parents are scared that something bad could happen. My parents also say I am vulnerable

I just sit in my room on my iPad or laptop in my giant La-Z-Boy recliner on the internet. I do get out a bit because the staff set up and accompany me on fun activities that I enjoy as well as taking me to appointments. I also had my Playstation 4 installed in the living room.

That is good to know. One thing I wanted if possible was caretaker to take me places.
