I forgot how to laugh. Because of depression and too much stress

But some precious lil "people" act like a lot of things are funny, they are hilarious and that's the way it should be


They are annoying as f**k

How about watching "The Three Stooges"?

It's stupid slapstick comedy----but you will remember to laugh---trust me!

I have found that reframing the "bad" things with humor really helps.
