I came back to the shelter this last evening and found I'd had even more stolen from me while I was put . The musical instruments I'd bought myself to busk with to busk with and was happy to have bought were gone :( . Briefly, for another bummer, my doing my clothes - practics6ly all my outside clothes were being done st the scrappy laundromat near here - a schedule mix-up led me to have to leave my clothes there overnight. they could be thrown away (Probably won"t, though - Yhid had happened before).
I've got to get out of here# But what"x waiting for me in Santa Cruz :( ? And I'm do sick  . And I lost earlier draftss of this  .

Why don't you get a storage facility near you? If you continue to buy things and then leave them unattended at the shelter, they will be stolen. Your phone is a prime example. If you leave your phone for just a minute, someone steals it.You must stop buying things that you can't take with you in your backpack.

He already stores his things in Santa Cruz, which is a decent distance from San Francisco.

I was thinking a post office box---but I think he said he needs some of "ID" that he doesn't have.

What about one of those lockers tied to the transit systems? Like in the movies?

...PO Boxes are small spaces to get mail in. not leave things in at lengthI actually have one In SF). Those bus-station lockers don't really exist now and. anyway, were for short times not long term.
Theft aside, the pain and discomfort that I have from having to walk around d so much :(. hurts me . I carry too many things around - I don't/can't wear a backpack anymore. a d the carrying too much around strain s .e. It is. partly, the psychological " must carry what I don't want thrown out " effect :( .

Safe deposit box is more like it.

They seem to run cheaper than I would have thought. From what I glanced at one bank's biggest is $61.75 per year. https://www.firstbank.com/safe-deposit-box
