I'm knackered - had workmen in my house for two days

As the title says. I've had three workmen in my house for two days replacing all of my windows and frames. They were pleasant enough and some of the humour I overheard was quite amusing, but I feel absolutely knackered now that they have left and I have the house to myself again. Still, I've been putting off having the windows replaced for several years so it was good to finally get it done. I hate having anyone except my friend in my house though.

I feel your pain. Take it easy and reboot. You may need a week or so to feel like yourself again. I had every room in my house repainted and my kitchen rebuilt from top to bottom (simultaneously), three years ago. It took about eight months for me to recover from two months of work.
