It’s always on my mind that people I’ve clashed with or had disagreements with are wishing the worst for me and don’t want me to succeed. They want me to stay in the same place and suffer because I am a “loser” or an “idiot” or they no longer want to help me so they hate me. I especially feel this way about someone at work who has made me hate my job. She always finds something to get onto me about no matter how trivial it is, always speaks in a sarcastic tone to me, and has talked s**t as well as lied about me to others. I am pretty sure she mocks me outside of work and wishes only ill will for me.

Feeling like that is anything but unusual among people with very low self esteem.

Most people don't use much time thinking about the people they don't like unless they've done something really horrible or are there right in front of them. I'm pretty sure that the people who don't like you don't seriously wish for your failure, but wouldn't go out of their way to help you, either. And that makes sense; most people wouldn't put in extra effort for strangers, so even a smaller portion would do so for the people they don't like.
Just because someone no longer wants to help you doesn't automatically mean they hate you, it can just be that they've run out of ideas how to do so or they feel like you haven't appreciated their help when they did help you so they don't want to help again because of that.

If they think the worst for you, don’t give them the satisfaction.

Are you sure this isn't the depression tainting your thoughts?
Clinical Depression is very difficult and challenging to experience and try and deal with.
I agree with what has been said above, in that most people would not spend their time actively planning or wishing harm on others, or on people they don't like.
I can personally appreciate how difficult it must be for you to think otherwise, given you're experiencing depression.
It's actually very difficult to "snap out" of that way of thinking (ie: it's not as easy as some may make it out to be)
Sometimes further help is needed like medication, and/or Therapy.
*(I'm not a Professional/this isn't Professional advice)*

I understand you're seeing a Counsellor. I hope they are helping you with those thoughts and beliefs?

I'm very sorry to hear about the Collegue at your work, who's making your work place uncomfortable.
I really hope you are feeling a bit better than yesterday.

I have dysthymia which means the symptoms I have are less mild but much more persistent than major depression. I can be doing something I enjoy but my mind will still keep playing bad memories in my head.

I have a therapist but I couldn’t see her this week due to Labor Day.
