Sometimes the difference between feeling lonely and feeling comforted is just a PM away, or a comforting phone call or a visit etc. It does not take much. Just someone who understands what one is going through. It does not take a lot.
Why are we lonely?
We often feel it is hard to ask for help. Sometimes we may find it hard to find someone who understands.
Never give up. Sometimes by opening up, you give yourself a chance to recover. And by recovering, you can then be a blessing to help someone else as who else can be more perfect then someone who has been through it oneself?

So don't sit in silence. Ask for help. And when helped, encourage others to open up themselves. You may never know where it could lead. :)

I don't know if I put my thoughts to words very well. I gave it a go.

You write very well and the friendliness in you comes across nicely.

Thank you Renaeden. It was a bit of a rushed attempt to capture internal feelings and put them into words. Often I get feelings where I know what I am trying to communicate, but can't find a way to transfer this into words. What I wrote above was not my best attempt so it does not have the full effect of what I was trying to communicate.
The only way I can communicate fully is in tongues, but then my thinking mind can not capture this. Only my spiritual mind. But that's another story and subject altogether! Haha.

That's very sweet. It's hard to quantify feelings though, and it's a other hurdle to try to express it --even through writing.
