In the next 24 hours I'll be going through a very stressful event which will trigger my PTSD and cause panic attacks because of sensory overload and anxiety. I won't be able to stim, and I'll need to self-advocate verbally where as I'm normally mute. I'm already in shutdown mode but I need all the support I can get so I won't lose my mind. If anyone has positive energy, good vibes, or otherwise wise words, I could really use them now.

I think the most useful subject I took in school was drama. Taking on a “role” has gotten me through some tough spots. Be your IsabellaLinton.

Well I have insomnia before going to work at 7:30 so I'll be around.
