Few weeks ago i stopped taking psychiatric medications. But i felt too depressed and anxious (more than before). I realized drugs are the only option that can save me from feeling suicidal. Now doctor prescribed new medications i hope i get benefits. My life is a struggle

I'm continuously on medication since my breakdown in 2016.
I can't sleep without my meds.
I barely cope anyway, being suicidal every few days - but at least not seriously enough to attempt anything.
Sh!t happens.
I'm glad my doc does listen to me describe how I react to different medications and adjusts it accordingly. The previous one didn't, the more harm his meds did to me, the more he... increased dosage :/

What do you take?

I've wanted to try aripiprazole for a long time. But it's really expensive here.
