I'm having a tired spell again. Sometimes I get so tired I can't do hardly anything. I'm in one of those ruts again. Then I think of the possibilities... I tried going to the doctor in the past for this with no answers...

Mental health thinks I'm in a depressive stage of my bipolar. I'll just snap out of it they say eventually

I'm wondering if it's medical...

I highly suspected of having PCOS, that can cause tiredness...

I have autoimmune thyroiditis but my t3 levels were checked not long ago and are normal.

Talking autoimmune as a teenager they had me down as having lupus then later undiagnosed me... Looking over lupus criteria I have or have had like a little more than half the things on that list, especially sometimes getting a facial rash, joint pain, etc... Maybe? Fatigue call fall under here too.

I have extreme muscle weakness, maybe I have some sort of other disorder?

Last time I went to the doctor for this, they wouldn't take me seriously... Fatigue has so many causes...

*Getting tired of laying down most of the day*

Let's see, i got out of bed at 11:00am, took a nap most of the afternoon, and here it is a bit after 6pm and I'm feeling exhausted and wanting to go to bed, I'm trying to stay awake...

Even after drinking a bunch of coffee...

Agnix, I feel for you. My daughter has extreme muscle weakness and after much research(it's very hard to get a diagnosis as it's rare), turns out she has the auto-immune disorder known as MG(Myasthenia Gravis). Very important to get this checked out, as you don't want to be too long undiagnosed with such a thing. There's fatigue, then there's "extreme" versions which can be related to more serious issues.x

I don't think I have that illness, but don't know if this is "in my head" or not.

I seem to have distinct periods of time where I get really fatigued.

My muscles are getting weaker however which also concerns me. I used to be able to get myself off the floor okay, now I have extreme difficulty in it.

My chest isn't feeling well either right now. Sometimes I get chest pain where it hurts to breath.
