I'm honestly no longer even remotely OK with the bigoted tone on WP lately. I spent years here, I wanted to help. You can ask Alex.

I could no longer live with myself supporting a site that enables organized smear politics based on hate & violence to this extent. Freedom of speech is not strictly reserved for the political right.

This is a thread to make room for dreadfully profane responses to the republican sheeple drowning everyone else out on here. They have room to lie, let's have room to curse them out.

Thanks to everyone who helped me here but I think I'm leaving. No one cares about the autistic part of me.

We definitely need a break from politics.

I don't want to talk about the disrespect I've seen here, it's a waste of energy.

There's nowhere left on the planet to talk about my life with ASD. I'm simply too blunt to communicate with anyone.

cberg, I like you. I know that might not be sufficient for you, but I do read your threads. I wish I could help more.

There are a lot of good people on here, unfortunately there are a number of people here who want me to drop dead, because I challenge their worldview simply by existing.

Mods are policing face-value behavior instead of patterns of negativity. Certain posters revel in wasting my time & energy. Nobody can say how they feel anymore. I just don't get it.

No one should be wishing anyone dead or be wasting time.

I think there are people who also feel that I challenge their world view just by existing. Not sure if it happens here, but I know it has happened IRL.

I am a bit reticent to express my opinions as well as a result. The last time I expressed a strong opinion a new thread was opened up just to refute me.

Can you just ignore the others? I try to stay out of their way. Should disruptive people be permitted to chase away the people who want to be supportive and caring?

Of course you should leave if you really feel you need to. I will miss you.
