To increase or decrease one's appetite?

Increase: Risperidone, Quetiapine, other anti-psychotics, Paxil
Decrease: ADHD meds, Trintellix
Neutral: Zoloft

SSRI are on a continuum from sedating, which make you feel more mellow and eat more (Paxil) to stimulating, which make you feel more productive and eat less (Prozac > Zoloft > Pristiq > Trintellix).

Of course I'm not a doctor so please seek medical advice.

I don't know your diagnoses and I'm not a doctor, so I can't say what's best for you.

Those meds are both antipsychotics, which tend to increase appetite.

If they were prescribed to you, you probably need to take them regardless of your concerns about appetite.

I can't pick "one psychiatric medicine" because I haven't tried them all (lol), and meds respond differently for each person depending on their body chemistry and neurotype.

Please talk to your doctor about any concerns, and ensure you are monitoring your blood pressure, weight, etc., and having routine lab work. Your doctor can adjust the medicine if needed. That's not something people on WP can advise for you.

In terms of SSRI, the ones that make you hungry will also make you sleep better (Paxil).

The stimulants decrease your appetite but often keep people awake (Trintellix).

It's a trade off.

Most antipsychotics cause people to sleep a lot because they're sedating. Hence the weight gain.
