I've been bothered by weak muscles all my life and I'm double-jointed... I had an orthopedic appointment today for knee problems...

It is.... Hypermobile Ethlers-danlos syndrome! Doctor says it's not serious though. I didn't know I could bend back my thumb and touch my arm before he asked me to try, lol

Anyway... My knee seems to be a minscus tear... I'm having an MRI in a couple weeks to find out for sure... And it might need surgery...

My uncle was a jerk! I told him... And he's like "don't listen to that doctor, you better not get your knee cut on! If you lost about 75 lbs, your knee would be normal again!" He's also a jerk when it comes to my autism... Saying it's not true...

Okay uncle... I guess he thinks he has a doctor's license...

Hopefully all will be sorted without the need to be operated upon.

Women also have problems with their knees when they menstruate, so I have heard.
Something to do with their ligaments becoming looser.
This is a particular problem for sportswomen.
