What would I do in your shoes? Hard to say since I don't really know those shoes of yours... but you know, 23 and no proper career is the norm, at least around here if you go to university. University students tend to do whatever low wage jobs they can get while they study with no real career being built up. There are exceptions of course, but if one goes to university at around age 18-20, they're likely to just have some part time jobs or, if they've graduated at your age, are only starting their actual careers. So at the very least, I don't think you're far behind your age group when it comes to your career path.
...Actually, re-reading your message, I'm in a bit similar situation, though I'm already 26. I have a job yes, but it's low paid and part time with pretty much no advancing possibilities, so talking about having a career would be overdoing it. Friends... well, I know people who I sometimes spend some time with, but we aren't close. Relationship? Nah, and I have more fingers than I've had dates. So at the very least, you're not the only one in that situation. All I can do is to keep trying, so I guess I'll recommend the same to you? Take this whole corona virus -period as a chance to create a battle plan.
