I couldn't find an appropriate topic home so thought I'd write here.

I don't know if anyone else can relate, but I have been struggling for a few years to adapt to my living situation and have been often changing flats. Mostly, due to me making mistakes in finding the perfect living environment that I can realistically afford (a big one). I often ended up in flats that were too noisy, dirty or with precarious situations. It's been very hard to achieve a comfortable living situation and I realise my optimal standards are way way higher than that of most people with my level of income (negligent). I also think my friends and family who sort of understand autism but not really get frustrated with me and my "continual problems". I really don't know how to break this cycle except by having more money (which for the moment is not going to happen). Hopefully soon.

Only you know your actual needs. When choosing your dwelling try to picture your life in it, as well as out of it, such as it's location.
