There is some hard drug use going on in the rooming house where I live now. Some one ripped the locked cupboard door clean off and stole some of my food. They left some of my food in my kitchen so that I would see it and investigate. They sounded really messed up on drugs last night and were banging around and tearing through the house all night and slamming the door really loud all night. I’m scared to go back. I’m at moms now. I was basically homeless today because they were so messed up even today still, that I couldn’t be there. I’m scared to go back. I messaged someone about a room they had available. Someone today gave me the number of a nice landlord. I’m gonna beg mom to let me stay with her until I find a place. She wants me to go back in 2 days. I’m too scared to go back!!

I hope your mother decides to let you stay for a couple of days.

I hope you can get away from the place where you have been.

Um, maybe your mother should try living at the rooming house? I'm sorry but it stresses me out that she would even consider letting you stay there. I read all your posts and I feel so badly for what you're going through, but I don't know what to suggest. I really hope this nice landlord will approve your application, and that you can stay with your mother in the meantime.

Sending you positive vibes and best wishes.

Report property damage to police. They should come out and note it for the report. If they see drug paraphernalia they can make arrests. You can give them an anonymous tip with any relevant information. Easier if there is an initial report so it will get attached to it.

hey Sarah
Perhaps you could take someone with you when you go back.
It is a real pain in the bum when people do horrible things like rob other peoples food / stuff

This is why i try my best never to live with anyone generally
i mean i also suffer from sensory hypersensitivities
and people generally are far too inconsiderate for me to live with
so i choose not to when ever possible

yep. if you can, keep all your stuff in your own room, locked in.
There are some fridges that run off gas, which may be quieter than the electrical ones.
Cool box coolers for example.

As for the hard drug users, the people may or may not be on hard drugs
can't really comment without knowing more

just out of interest, why do you think they are on hard drugs
i mean, i know people who drink or smoke a lot of ganja who would also break open someones
cupboard to steel their food when drunk or stoned

just cause their selfish stoned or drunk muppets
they aren't generally violent though

can't comment for the people who are stealing your food
they may just be food stealing thats all

can't say, why do you think they are violent?
not all people on drugs are violent

some can be
if provoked

and some, who have lost their way
they generally don't attack people unless provoked or people kick off with them

@madbutnotmad

One of the guys was asking around if anyone had any syringes. Heard him on the phone say “ hey man, you got the stuff, my body feels weird, you got any?” Heard him saying the word “ junkie”in a sentence but couldn’t hear the rest. They were also acting bat s**t crazy the last few days. So maybe they were on hard drugs.

I’m scared now because I told the landlord they were doing drugs and being loud all night and what happened to my cupboard. Afraid they will know I ratted them out. Don’t want to go back if they still happen to be there. Because I have to share a house with these creeps. (I only left a message on the landlords phone. someone there said they called the landlord and he’s going there about the situation anyway. But I gave additional info.)

I'm gonna call the landlord again and try to talk to him in person. If I can't get a hold of him I guess I'll leave a more detailed message and tell him I'm scared to go back there. I'm gonna reach out to as many people as possible. Gonna call the numbers of more places to live.

I really don't know for sure if they are violent. But I heard one of the guys say he punched a girl in the face when they were fighting. Then he covered his ass by saying "Well not hard."

Maybe take your Mum for a look around?

Then she can help you remove all your stuff.
