I dont know what happened

One second I'm about to reply to Funeralxempire to a comment he made on my thread in the PPR

The next second I'm unconscious and just woke up without even realizing I ever lost consciousness

My last memory of being conscious was around 4:44 when Funeralxempire made a comment to a thread I made

I dont remember fainting yet here I am having just woken up after passing out in my garage

I feel so weak and dizzy

I'm actually currently in the ER. I have an IV in my body and as we speak blood assays are being analyzed

Right now I'm just chilling in the hospital bed

My blood pressure was taken and it was weirdly extremely low. There are scanners and heart monitors attached to my body to take readings every here and there

I was told that tomorrow morning I'll have a cardiologist do more advanced heart tests. Until then I'm sleeping over at the hospital tonight

Cool. Head injuries are no joke, dude, and you can't will them away or out-train them.

If you don't take care of yourself, it's going to bite you in the a$$ later.

I dont know if this was head injury. It seems more like extremely low blood pressure since the doctor who took my blood pressure said it was very low

Considering everything you've been through lately, I would imagine it's related.

I have a blood pressure on the lower side, and am vulnerable to fainting spells. Passing out sucks. Just take care of yourself, dude.

Thanks

Unfortunately many of the blood tests that the doctors are required to take for the lab assays require me to be in a fasted state so I'm not allowed to eat even though I'm starving

Right now I'm just drinking water

Blech. I hate fasting blood tests.

Maybe, after you get out of the hosptal, use it as an excuse to cheat on your diet a little bit. Get a big juicy burger. Thinking about it might help keep your spirits up.

I have severe OCD when it comes to only eating healthy. As in in my entire life I have very little if any memory of touching a drink that isnt water or special medicinal tea, and I avoid anything that isnt plain whole food. Dont get me wrong I dont enjoy what I eat but my OCD prevents me from touching food that I dont consider 100% healthy

Update: several blood assays are coming back analyzed and the results confuse me

I'm most surprised that my testosterone levels are in the really low range, which explains my lack of energy and dizziness but I dont understand why it's so low when I exercise religiously and eat a regular well balanced diet. I've never smoked nor drank in my life and I'm at a perfectly healthy weight, 165 pounds. I'm not understanding what's going on

Apparently my cortisol levels are also really low. Protein, lipids and vitamin profile is healthy, CO2 level is low, ALT is high. Other tests still being analyzed

Hypocapnia? You might be hyperventilating. It would also explain your previous episode.

If you haven't been to medical school, I don't know why you think you should be able to interpret those blood results. And this is even more true if you have been suffering from concussions, fainting spells, etc.

You're a person who likes to assert a lot of control, often by brute force or strength of will. But right now, you need to work with medical providers to figure yourself out and heal you. It's not a time to let your OCD dictate what you can eat - eat whatever the hospital provides you.

You don't know if you hit your head the last time you passed out. Let's say you did. Then you need REST, REST, and MORE REST.
