My nanny loved me but why do others hate me?

I had a nanny who has long since passed and she loved me more than my older brother. She was always happy to see me and take care of me. She sadly passed 21 years ago now. Since then, I’ve mostly gotten hatred and contempt pointed at me. If my nanny loved me, why do I bring so much hatred upon myself?

I’ve had my voice as well as my hairline mocked, ripped verbally for the times I struggle at work, and have had contempt thrown at me for having two doctors for parents. It’s happened more times than I can count.
