I’m thinking about dying more. With my pain in my feet, alot of numbness, it can hurt to walk, I also have bone pain in my lower legs, cuz of when I broke my ankle almost three years ago, my ankle healed, my bones didn’t healed right. I been getting pretty bad anxiety everyday, sometimes I cannot stop my anxiety & it’s feel like I’m going stop breathing. I’m having pretty bad anxiety, cuz I’m on my feet. And I can’t do stuff like getting my trash together for my neighbor to take out without having anxiety, making myself little hot & itching too, it like some of my skin is on fire. I’m like this when I put groceries away, I can’t do alot of things. I have a wheelchair, that helps alot.

Kitty, I'm sorry you are having a hard time. You and I broke our ankles about the same time. I'm also having troubles because of it, so I am going into the orthopedics clinic tomorrow for assessment of what can be done. The ankle caused my knee to have worse troubles, and then during the pandemic, not going out much, my lower body strength declined quite a bit.

You should be able to get an aide to come to your house to help with things, such as getting your trash ready to take out, light housekeeping, etc. I am assuming you are on disability income. Do you think you could call the doctor's office and ask them to help you find out what sorts of home visits you might qualify for? You might also qualify to have some meals brought to your door. These are things that people on disability do sometimes get. You have multiple disabilities: autism, anxiety and depression, and physical disability. This degree of disabling conditions may qualify you for more than you are getting now.

Take care. Let us know how you are doing.

Yep.

Try to see if you’re qualified to get home visits.

I know it’s hard to let strangers into your home...but it seems like you need and deserve the extra help.
